·    Beyond courses, we’re a great resource for wine knowledge - we host hundreds of tasting events, winemaker visits etc and employ dozens of expert staff. There’s not much we don’t know about wines and we’re always there to help.

Employers

From an on-trade employer’s perspective, wine and spirit training (apart from being fun and a life skill) is immediately profitable.
Why?
·    Better understanding means fewer costly mistakes
·    Staff lean to can identify and deal with faults,
·    learn to understand labels, avoiding mis-selling and stock-take errors,
·    increase their ability to recommend and up-sell.

Where and When?

We regularly run courses in Cambridge (at our own wine school, Cherry Hinton Road), and in Oxford.
Alternatively, we can come to you – a great advantage as you don’t have to send staff away for days at a time. If you can’t fill enough places we may be able to find some spare candidates. We can be very flexible with course timings – splitting courses over half-days, weekends etc.
